Qualifications

• Ability to use PC and automated inventory system; follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Locate and requisition parts, materials, and supplies for vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Maintain and update fuel records and assist with fuel orders.
• Contact vendors to check availability and pricing of parts.
• Maintain catalogs, order books, and inventory records; issue purchase orders.
• Perform monthly inventory audits; ensure accurate records.
• Inspect deliveries for damage and discrepancies; document variances.
