Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels across locations for parts and related items.
• Run daily corrections and monthly inventory reports to ensure accurate stock.
• Assist Fleet Foremen with ordering and shipping to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Manage vendor relationships and control budgetary constraints.
• Prepare stock requisitions and orders for fleet parts and equipment.
• Oversee receiving reports and track warranty parts and pricing.
• Coordinate with management to ensure availability of required parts and supplies.
• Backup to the Day Parts Manager.
