Responsibilities

• Orders parts for use in the repair of district owned vehicles
• Assigns parts to vehicle repair orders
• Tracks and maintains parts inventory using fleet maintenance software
• Processes invoices for parts and sublet repairs
• Tracks budget expenditures for parts and sublet repairs
• Maintains vehicle repair records in fleet maintenance software
• Maintains completed maintenance files for all vehicle repairs
