Job summary
HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking a Distributed Control System (DCS) Monitoring Analyst to support fleet-wide DCS health, performance, and security across multiple HF Sinclair sites. You will coordinate with OT Cyber, regional teams, and site personnel to standardize monitoring practices and improve system reliability.
The role requires 5+ years in industrial automation, OT cybersecurity experience, and travel up to 40% to support multi-site operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent industrial experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting industrial automation and control systems.
- Experience with OT cybersecurity technologies and security monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for enterprise DCS monitoring.
- Define, plan, and deploy standard monitoring tools.
- Perform centralized DCS telemetry monitoring across fleet.
- Develop processes connecting local, regional, and remote monitoring.
- Maintain fleet OT asset inventories and tool coverage across locations.
- Create dashboards and reports for leadership and plant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on OT incidents.
