Job summary

Jet Linx is seeking a Fleet Optimization Specialist to refine the fleet schedule and assign Jet Linx Member flights to in-fleet or off-fleet aircraft, aligning with base financial goals and hourly requirements.

Responsibilities include sourcing off-fleet aircraft, handling vendor relations, and supporting operational and customer service excellence across the fleet with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years of related Aviation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of aviation operations and fleet management.

Responsibilities

• Assign Jet Linx Member flights to in-fleet or off-fleet aircraft.
• Source off-fleet aircraft when necessary.
• Coordinate with off-fleet vendors for trips, payment, and service issues.
• Assist in recovering aircraft issues and customer flights.
• Manage pop-up/ASAP flights promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with Fleet Optimization Managers to balance fleet hours and outsourcing decisions.
• Support Concierge team to deliver high-level customer service.
• Identify monthly, quarterly, and annual department goals.
• Analyze industry trends locally and nationally for branding and market fit.
• Maintain relationships with off-fleet vendors and conduct site visits as needed.
