Budget Utah is hiring a Fleet Operations Assistant to help manage vehicle inventory, coordinate new deliveries, and support fleet logistics and admin tasks. The role involves receiving vehicles, preparing them for service, and updating records in fleet systems.

You will work on coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate paperwork, and assisting with daily operations in an outdoor lot environment with a hands-on team.

Aufgaben

• Fleet Inventory & Lot Management: maintain daily vehicle inventories and monitor locations.
• New Vehicle Deliveries & Fleet Preparation: receive, inspect, sign for deliveries, prep for service, and track paperwork.
• Fleet Administration & Data Entry: update vehicle info in BRS, Orion, and related systems; maintain records.
• Vehicle Transportation & Logistics: coordinate shipments and liaise with transport companies.
• Vehicle Repairs & Maintenance Coordination: support with NR tickets and movement records.
• General Responsibilities: keep timekeeping, attendance, and work areas organized and secure.
