Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily vehicle inventories and monitor locations.
• Receive and sign for incoming vehicle deliveries; process related paperwork.
• Update vehicle records in company systems and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle shipments and liaise with transport providers.
• Assist with vehicle prep, including removing shipping materials and applying trackers.
• Support repairs and maintenance coordination for fleet vehicles.
• Maintain timekeeping, attendance, and organized work areas.
