Job summary

Budget is seeking a Fleet Operations Assistant to support vehicle inventory, coordinate new deliveries, and keep daily operations running smoothly at our Salt Lake City site. You'll handle data entry, paperwork, and transport coordination while working with an energetic team in a hands-on role inside our outdoor lot environment.

You will maintain accurate fleet records in BRS and Orion, prepare vehicles for service, track shipments, and assist with titles and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet operations, inventory, logistics or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork and data entry.
• Comfortable working around vehicles in an outdoor lot.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily vehicle inventories and monitor locations.
• Coordinate new vehicle deliveries and shipments.
• Enter and update vehicle data in company systems.
• Prepare vehicle paperwork, trackers, and related documentation.
• Maintain fleet records and organize required paperwork.
• Assist with transportation coordination and NR tickets.
