• Develop and maintain a training strategy and roadmap for Fleet Operations in the US and Japan.
• Design onboarding, technical, safety, compliance, and professional-development programs.
• Assess skills gaps and prioritize training requirements.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, practical, and blended learning experiences.
• Establish learning standards with localization for languages and regulations.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
