Job summary

Wayve, based in Sunnyvale, California, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support Fleet Operations recruitment across North America and beyond. The role is hybrid, combining in-office days with remote work, and focuses on end-to-end hiring for frontline and manager-level roles.

You will partner with hiring managers, translate needs into effective strategies, and drive inclusive candidate experiences while leveraging data to optimize the recruiting funnel.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success delivering full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced or scaling organizations.
• Experience recruiting across high-volume, professional, or manager-level positions.
• Confidence and judgment to advise senior stakeholders and translate business needs into hiring strategies.
• Strong direct-sourcing skills and using multiple attraction channels to build pipelines.
• Hands-on, adaptable, highly organized approach balancing priorities with detail.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Hiring Delivery: lead end-to-end recruitment across frontline, technical, specialist, and manager-level Fleet Operations roles from intake to close.
• Sourcing: build candidate pipelines via direct sourcing and multiple channels for Vehicle Safety Operator and other high-volume roles.
• Stakeholder Partnership: advise hiring managers and Directors on role definition, market conditions, and closing strategies.
• Candidate and Hiring Experience: ensure an inclusive, transparent candidate journey with timely feedback and consistent decisions.
• Data and Market Insights: monitor progress, identify risks, and shape hiring strategies using data.
