Job summary

Wayve is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Sunnyvale team and support the growth of our real-world testing and operations. You will manage hiring across Fleet Operations in North America and beyond, partnering with hiring managers to translate business needs into effective recruitment strategies and help build the teams needed to scale Wayve’s global operations safely and effectively.

The role is full-time, based in Sunnyvale, CA, with a hybrid policy requiring a minimum of two

Qualifications

• Proven success delivering full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced or scaling orgs.
• Experience recruiting across high-volume, professional, or manager-level roles.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and translate business needs into hiring strategies.
• Strong direct-sourcing skills and multi-channel candidate pipelines.
• Hands-on, adaptable, highly organized, and able to balance competing priorities.
• Comfort with using ATS, recruitment data, and market insights to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end recruitment across high-volume frontline, technical, specialist, and manager-level Fleet Operations roles.
• Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and attraction channels for Vehicle Safety Operator and other high-volume roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and Directors, providing guidance on role definition, market conditions, and closing strategies.
• Deliver an inclusive, transparent candidate experience with structured interviewing and timely feedback.
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to monitor progress, identify risks, and shape hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People, Finance, and Fleet Operations on workforce planning and process improvements.
