Responsibilities

• Build relationships with drivers and carriers to support steady operations.
• Fill in for unavailable staff and support special fleet projects.
• Train drivers on company and customer systems and processes.
• Analyze KPIs and present customer-specific reporting and financial analysis.
• Assist with yard, maintenance coordination, and equipment checks.
• Plan loads, route freight, and monitor on-time service to customers.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety standards across operations.
