Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Management Technician to provide hands-on fleet and operational support, aiming to keep field personnel productive and reduce lost billable time due to vehicle maintenance, inspections, and related tasks.

You will coordinate routine fleet activities, transport vehicles for service, monitor maintenance, and maintain fleet records. The role may include other operational duties as assigned by supervision to maintain project support and field

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company requirements for operating company vehicles.
• Experience with fleet operations, automotive service, equipment management, logistics, operations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple vehicles, service needs, vendors, deliveries, and priorities.
• Effective communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and fleet or business-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Reduce billable field time by providing fleet-related support.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Transport vehicles to dealerships, repair shops, and service providers.
• Coordinate vehicle pickups, transfers, and relocations.
• Deliver supplies and equipment to field crews.
• Assist with vehicle breakdowns and routine fleet needs.
• Maintain fleet records and documentation.
• Support GPS/telematics devices and fleet systems.
• Ensure safety and compliance of fleet operations.
