Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Management Technician to provide hands-on fleet and operational support, ensuring field personnel stay productive and billable time is minimized.

The role coordinates routine fleet activities, including maintenance scheduling, repairs, vehicle transport, and fleet documentation, while supporting management with administrative duties as needed. This work occurs in a dynamic ESOP environment and offers opportunities to optimize fleet efficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Experience in fleet operations, automotive service, or logistics.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Proactive, reliable with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reduce billable field time by handling fleet-related tasks.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs to keep projects on schedule.
• Transport vehicles to service locations and coordinate pickups/drop-offs.
• Maintain fleet records, registrations, and maintenance history.
• Support safety and compliance with fleet policies.
• Assist with fleet-related administrative activities as needed.
