Job summary

Easton Coach Company LLC is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician to service and repair fleet vehicles and maintain accurate maintenance records. You will supervise maintenance teams and coordinate with drivers and operators to keep all vehicles operational and compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities include tracking inventory, ensuring parts availability, rolling out fleet management solutions as needed, and performing routine service checks.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications - Preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• State Inspection License - Preferred or willing to obtain within 90 days.
• Three (3) years of progressive maintenance experience.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Driver's License required.
• High School diploma completed.

Responsibilities

• Work on vehicles as the technician and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Manage maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are operationally ready when needed.
• Track inventory and ensure parts are available for repairs.
• Perform routine service checks on fleets.
• Ensure all fleet regulations are met.
• Collaborate with mechanics, operators, and drivers to equip vehicles with supplies.
• Roll out fleet management solutions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
