• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, including DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Proficiency with transportation management software and Microsoft Office

• Supervise and coordinate daily transportation operations, including route planning and driver assignments
• Manage and support transportation staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with all transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies

• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize delivery schedules and improve operational efficiency
