OM Produce is seeking a Logistics & Transportation Manager to own end-to-end logistics, from inbound freight to on‑time delivery to customers. You will lead a driver team and coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and Customer Service to align execution with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive logistics or transportation experience.
• 2–3 years directing or supervising drivers in a CDL environment.
• Deep experience in food distribution, perishables, or high‑volume logistics.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and fleet management.
• Experience with routing software, TMS, ELD, and SAP Business One.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• On-site role based in Irving, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize daily routes to maximize efficiency and on‑time delivery.
• Supervise drivers and dispatch, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse to align schedules.
• Manage DOT/FMCSA compliance and driver qualification files.
• Monitor fleet maintenance and fuel programs.
• Prepare logistics performance summaries for leadership.
