Qualifications

• Understanding of transportation operations and ability to lead teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple operational priorities.
• Mechanical or equipment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily driver routes and service schedules.
• Support drivers in the field and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Provide leadership support during emergencies.

Skills

Supervisory or management experience

Experience in transportation, logistics, or trucking operations

Knowledge of DOT and CDL regulations

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong communication skills

Education

5+ years of management or supervisory experience preferred
