Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in healthcare operations or hospital operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred and required collaboration across departments.
• Experience with vendor management, safety readiness, and process improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day MAC operations to ensure patient-centered services and efficient workflows.
• Lead on-site teams, monitor performance, and resolve operational issues in real time.

Education
