Job summary

Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Fleet Supervisor for Mobile Clinic Operations. You will plan, direct fleet functions, and supervise Class A and clinical drivers to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-efficient transportation in support of mobile clinical operations.

The role requires maintaining FMCSA/DOT compliance, managing Driver Qualification Files, HOS/ELD programs, and coordinating maintenance with the Logistics team to maximize uptime and safety across the mobile clinic fleet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, business operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of CDL driving with Class A license.
• 4+ years supervising drivers and multiple vehicles, preferably in healthcare.
• 5+ years with cloud-based fleet/personnel management systems.
• Willingness to drive between locations and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and fleet staff to deliver fleet services and improvements.
• Ensure FMCSA/DOT compliance across all fleet activities (DQF, HOS, testing, DVIRs, registrations, IFTA).
• Maintain and audit Driver Qualification Files and medical certificates.
• Oversee HOS compliance and ELD program; monitor logs and enforce corrective actions.
• Review vehicle maintenance records; coordinate inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee cloud-based fleet reporting system and ensure fleet availability for operations.
