The position requires 2–3 years in fleet or logistics management, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to drive large shuttle vehicles. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with benefits, based in New Orleans.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Eligible to work for any U.S. employer.
• Possesses a valid, in-state, active driver’s license.
• 2–3 years of experience in fleet, logistics, or vehicle operations management.
• Basic mechanical understanding and ability to assess vehicle condition and safety.
• Comfortable with driving shuttle buses or large vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of vehicle readiness, safety, and performance.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance schedules, inspections, and records.
• Coordinate service appointments and repairs with approved vendors.
• Ensure fleet cleanliness, fueling, and preventive maintenance compliance.
• Track fleet performance and assist Site Manager with vehicle-related reporting.
• Support operational planning to align shuttle availability with service needs.
