Job description

Fleet Mechanic supervisor for mobile equipment Fork trucks, Hysters, Yale, Ramonds, See grids. Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining any type of diesel engine. Adjusting equipment to repair or replace defective parts. Diagnosing faults or malfunctions using testing equipment. Performing routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery. Repair and replace damaged or worn parts. Properly diagnose malfunctions. May be exposed to outside weather conditions. Exposure to elements working in a truck shop, sounds, noise levels, dust, oil, industrial lubricants, etc. Overseeing staff and meeting client expectations.

• Coaches employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved.
• Ensures safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant with Aramark and client regulations.
• Identifies client needs and communicates operational progress.
• Delivers and models WEST as a foundation for excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
