Job summary

Grand River Dam Authority in Pryor, Oklahoma seeks a Supervisor, Fleet Management to lead our shop and ensure safe, reliable maintenance of our fleet vehicles and equipment. You will plan preventive maintenance, supervise technicians, coordinate with operators and vendors, and maintain accurate records in FMIS/Maximo.

This role requires strong leadership, 8 years in fleet maintenance, 5 years supervisory, and a valid Oklahoma driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 8 years of fleet maintenance experience with related repair work.
• 5 years of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license or ability to convert within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Fleet Management shop operations and maintenance planning.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, service, and repairs with teams.
• Supervise technicians and manage workloads, safety, and performance.
• Coordinate external vendors when specialized work is needed; monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate records in FMIS/Maximo and other systems.
