Explain technical diagnoses to non-mechanical staff and coordinate roadside assistance and towing when needed.
Supervise the repair facility, review work, and provide training on engine issues and part replacement.
Plan, direct, and coordinate operations of the fleet facility and budget, ensuring proper equipment and scheduling.
