Job summary

Ameren Illinois seeks a Superintendent of Illinois Fleet Operations to oversee maintenance, safety, and reporting for approximately 3,300 units across our service area. You will direct both in-house and vendor repair activities and drive safety initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in fleet maintenance, 4+ years supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), and proficiency with EMPRV, TRIS, Microsoft Office, and PeopleSoft. Travel and on-call duties are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant Fleet Maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience in Fleet Maintenance.
• Willingness to travel and on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct repair and maintenance for ~3300 units in-house and via vendors.
• Lead employee safety and training to improve safety culture.
• Maintain fleet maintenance records for regulatory and internal needs.
• Develop improvements within EMPRV, including SOX and reporting.
• Hire and onboard Fleet Services staff.
