Ameren Illinois is seeking a Superintendent of Illinois Fleet Operations to manage all Fleet Maintenance activities, safety, and reporting across approximately 3,300 units in-house and via vendors. The role includes overseeing hiring and onboarding of Fleet Services staff, and ensuring regulatory documentation is complete.

The position requires extensive fleet maintenance background, strong leadership, and willingness to travel across Ameren Illinois service territories.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ten or more years of relevant Fleet Maintenance experience required.
• Four or more years of supervisory experience, preferably in Fleet Maintenance.

Aufgaben

• Direct all repair and maintenance activities for approximately 3300 units in both in-house and vendor areas.
• Direct all employee safety and training activities to continually enhance the safety culture.
• Ensure all Fleet Maintenance records and information required for external regulatory purposes and internal needs are accurately maintained and available.
• Maintain and develop improvements within EMPRV for maintenance activities including Sarbanes Oxley and Security requests.
