Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports on vehicle assignments, replacements and/or sales, fuel usage, maintenance and repairs, and vehicle allocations to staff.
• Analyze and interpret data to find more efficient and effective ways to achieve program goals.
• Prepare and review briefings, reports, and other correspondence for accuracy, consistency, and content.
• Brief management of recommended solutions for program-related issues.
• Assist in establishing administrative procedures for specific programs, such as fleet management and financial management.
• Work in groups or teams on special projects to achieve program goals.
