Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in fleet coordination, transportation, or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle assignments to meet operational and service requirements.
• Monitor fleet availability and allocate vehicles for transportation needs.
• Assist with scheduling vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Track vehicle status, utilization, and readiness.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and dispatch teams for seamless service delivery.
