Job summary

ManpowerGroup's Experis client seeks a Process Improvement Analyst in Foster City, CA to join Fleet Operations. You will collaborate cross-functionally to gather and prioritize process improvement requests and help develop operational procedures for on-site and robotic operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program management, operational excellence, or process improvement.
• Experience developing operational efficiencies in remote or similar environments such as call centers or teleoperation centers.
• Proficiency in data analysis and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a proactive and resourceful approach.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather, document, and prioritize requests for process improvements and playbook updates from various sources.
• Support the development and documentation of operational procedures within Fleet Operations.
• Coordinate with teams such as BaseOps, RemoteOps, Product, and Engineering to ensure project progress and alignment.
• Provide bi-weekly updates to stakeholders on ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in creating new processes and maintaining playbook documentation for on-site and robotic operations.
