Job summary

PTR Global in Plano, Texas is seeking a Process Coordinator to support fleet and mobility operations for a financial services client. You will manage vehicle ordering, delivery tracking, telematics coordination, registrations, claims, maintenance, and remarketing, while developing process documentation and reporting.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with precise record-keeping.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process management, project coordination, or operations management.
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs or process documentation.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating stakeholder discussions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, documentation, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day fleet and mobility business processes.
• Coordinate vehicle ordering, delivery tracking, and related operational activities.
• Assist with telematics installation coordination and inventory management.
• Provide support for vehicle claims and accident-management processes.
• Track license and title activities, vehicle registrations, and renewal status.
• Assist with vehicle remarketing and other lifecycle-related activities.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and provide timely operational support.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data for reporting and business reviews.
• Create, maintain, and update standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Facilitate meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
