Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA/OSHA standards is required.
• 5–10 years in transportation safety, fleet ops, or related fields.
• Experience with driver performance coaching and incident prevention.
• Ability to manage vendor contracts and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: Ensure drivers adhere to safety policies, develop and monitor KPIs, and implement enhanced safety programs.
• Driver & Fleet Operations: Staff drivers, optimize fleet utilization, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee maintenance and negotiate shop rates.
• Performance & Compliance: Develop yearly KPIs, drive data-driven improvements, and implement tech solutions for efficiency.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Logistics, Procurement, HS&E and other teams; communicate expectations to drivers.
