You will be trained to ensure DOT compliance and manage drivers' compliance with company policies. You will gain knowledge in planning, routing, monitoring, and delivering freight, while interacting with internal and external contacts to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Or HS diploma/GED with 1 year of relevant management/transportation experience.
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company event locations.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and safe carriers to ensure seamless carrier setup and productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and work on special projects related to fleet optimization and profitability.
• Train drivers and staff on internal and third-party systems.
• Maximize fleet efficiency and profitability; analyze KPIs and present customer reporting and financial analysis.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment in market.
• Handle payroll, Net-Revenue budget, driver counseling, and payroll/pay-issues tasks.
• Oversee yard operations and coordinate with maintenance for scheduled services.
• Collaborate with drivers, customers, and staff to resolve service issues and routing problems.
• Maintain the company's safety culture; DOT compliance and driver safety initiatives.
• Plan loads, routes, and monitor freight movement to meet on-time delivery.
