Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Fleet leadership to fill Operations needs.
• Train, develop, and supervise mechanics.
• Develop and maintain maintenance/repair strategies to minimize downtime.
• Ensure asset records and fleet systems are updated timely.
• Oversee third-party vendors and shop/field repairs.
• Optimize expenditures on staff and repairs and purchases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Perform and delegate other Fleet support tasks.
