Job summary

Thrasher Group is seeking a Fleet Administrator to support fleet safety, reliability, and day-to-day operations across locations. You will coordinate maintenance, manage DOT compliance, work with vendors, track costs, and ensure vehicles and tools are ready to work.

The role requires strong organizational skills, independent work style, and the ability to communicate across teams. On-site role with growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fleet administration or related role.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skills.
• Experience coordinating repairs, maintenance, and vendors across locations.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with fleet management systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs for fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Manage DOT compliance and reporting; review infractions.
• Coach crews on fleet safety and maintenance best practices.
• Handle accidents and coordinate insurance claims with HR.
• Establish and manage vendor relationships for priority service.
• Develop and improve fleet processes, checklists, and SOPs.
