Job summary

PrimeSource seeks a Fleet and Driver Manager to lead daily fleet delivery operations across our distribution network, including the Stockton Center. You will drive safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance while partnering with logistics teams and external vendors.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management, focusing on people development, equipment optimization, standardization, and cost control, with extensive cross-site oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in fleet management, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations, warehouse operations, and process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead multiple locations and large, cross-functional teams.
• Experience with P&L management and budgetary processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or KT problem-solving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fleet operations to achieve targets in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and talent.
• Utilize scorecards and KPIs to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop specifications for equipment needs and collaborate with vendors to maintain assets.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations, safety policies, and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across sites.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to align with business needs.
