WM is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead a 35-45 unit fleet and a team of 4-5 in Elizabeth, PA. You will direct maintenance, compliance, and asset utilization to achieve profitable, safe, and cost-effective operations.

The role emphasizes planning, budgeting, vendor relations, and staff development to deliver high equipment availability and exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience.
• 5 years previous experience in fleet or operations management.
• Driver's license valid upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operational needs.
• Oversee maintenance managers to maintain performance and cost focus.
• Manage budget, capital equipment approvals, and compliance programs.
• Develop and coach fleet personnel, promoting a strong safety culture.
