Job summary

Total Transportation of Mississippi in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Fleet Manager to supervise drivers, plan loads, and ensure DOT compliance. The role requires coordinating with Load Planning, Safety, and Customer Service to meet on-time delivery goals.

The position, scheduled Sunday-Thursday 7:00am–5:00pm, offers a compensation range and benefits. Prior TTMS experience is a plus and strong leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation or related field.
• AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily driver performance and ensure DOT compliance.
• Manage driver capacity and home time; handle terminations if needed.
• Coordinate load planning to ensure on-time service.
• Maintain safety training and regulatory compliance.
• Input load and driver data accurately into the system.
