Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, management or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Eight (8) years of experience in professional-level administrative operations or technical work.
• Valid Maryland Class C Noncommercial driver's license or equivalent and eligible to obtain a Baltimore City driver's permit.
• Provisional Driver's License or Learner Permits are not acceptable.
• Previous work lead experience may be required.

• Lead fleet maintenance operations, asset readiness, preventive and corrective maintenance, repair quality and safety.
• Drive a data-driven, standardized, disciplined, customer-focused maintenance organization.
