Job summary

Cogent Security LLC, Innovative Technology Partnerships, seeks a detail-oriented fleet administrator to manage OST non-operational and DOE-owned vehicles, coordinate maintenance, track usage, and act as the primary contact for GSA fleet matters.

Based in Albuquerque, NM, the role supervises the OST fleet, processes vehicle requisitions, maintains records, and supports annual FAST and quarterly fuel reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a vehicle management position
• Minimum three years supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of PC/MS programs including Excel
• Ability to obtain DOE security clearance
• Understanding of federal/DOE vehicle regulations

Responsibilities

• Track usage data for OST/non-operational vehicles and assign within OST
• Report monthly usage data to GSA for billing
• Request replacement of lost/damaged GSA credit cards and plates
• Identify and schedule periodic maintenance for GSA vehicles
• Maintain compliance for DOT Operations
• Manage vehicle pool at OST Albuquerque Headquarters
• Coordinate with OST Fleet Manager and participate in FAST and fuel reporting
