Cogent Security seeks a detail-oriented Fleet Manager for OST Non-Operations and Training vehicle fleet in Albuquerque, NM. You will manage GSA/DOE-owned vehicles, coordinate maintenance, track usage, and serve as main contact for fleet matters.

The role requires five years in vehicle management, supervisory experience, and ability to obtain a DOE clearance. Strong Excel skills and federal regulations knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years in a related vehicle management position.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PC programs.
• Ability to obtain DOE security clearance.
• Knowledge of federal and DOE vehicle management orders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with federal personnel.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Ability to obtain licenses to operate CMVs and specialized equipment.

Responsabilités

• Track usage data for OST vehicles and assign vehicles to maximize usage.
• Report monthly OSS vehicle usage data to GSA for billing.
• Initiate replacement requests for lost or damaged GSA cards and plates.
• Identify maintenance needs and ensure completion.
• Maintain vehicle data in spreadsheets and electronic systems.
• Serve as liaison with OST Fleet Manager and participate in fleet meetings.
• Support annual FAST report and quarterly fuel reports.
