The role entails coordinating load planning, tracking progress, and working with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation with non-driver roles.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and dispatch freight to maximize driver and equipment utilization.
• Coordinate daily load planning, scheduling, and fleet operations.
• Monitor Hours of Service, DOT compliance, and policy adherence.
• Maintain driver relationships and provide service updates to customers.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair scheduling with the Maintenance team.
