Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Fleet Administrator to manage the daily administration and coordination of the vehicle fleet. This role supports business operations effectively while working in a hybrid arrangement.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle registrations, titles, licensing, and insurance documentation.
