Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related experience needed.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of fleet vehicles and identify maintenance or safety needs.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and service appointments with providers.
• Maintain fleet records (maintenance, fuel usage, mileage, registrations, permits).
• Assist with vehicle registration renewals, title processing, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate vehicle cleaning, fueling, and inventory management.
