Job summary

George E. Booth Co., Inc. is seeking a full-time Fleet Administrative Assistant to manage the complete lifecycle of the company’s vehicle fleet. Responsibilities include registrations, fuel program administration, GPS tracking, vendor negotiations, and budgeting for fleet operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2–5 years of fleet management experience, plus knowledge of fleet software and Microsoft Office; an Associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED with 2–5 years of fleet management or transportation operations experience.
  • Preferred Associate's degree or 2–3 years related industry experience in logistics/transportation.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee vehicle registrations, titles, renewals and ensure compliance with state/local regulations.
  • Coordinate fleet assignments and deployment to employees.
  • Administer and monitor fuel program and track usage trends.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships for vehicles, fuel, maintenance and related services.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts and reports for fleet-related expenses.
  • Manage design, production and installation of vehicle graphics and branding.
