Pike Enterprise is seeking a Title and License Assistant to support fleet operations in Charlotte. You will help manage titles, registrations, licenses, and fuel cards, while keeping records up to date and accurate.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education/certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in fleet management.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, monitor, and manage vehicle titles, registrations, and licenses.
  • Ensure title information stays current in the fleet management database.
  • Assist in issuing and managing fuel cards and the fuel card database.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and regulatory filings.
  • Perform general office administrative duties including data entry, word processing, and filing.

Position Summary:

The Title and License Assistant will assist in the implementation and execution of all fleet support needs, including title and registration, fuel card assignments and other day-to-day fleet related needs.

Essential Functions:
  • Assist in maintaining, monitoring, and management of vehicle titles, registration, and licenses.

  • Ensure title information is kept current in the fleet management database.

  • Assist in issuing fuel cards and managing fuel card database.

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate records of vehicles, insurance and regulatory filing and reporting.

  • Performs administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying, and other duties associated with this position.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant education or certification is a plus.

  • Proven experience in administrative roles; preferably in fleet management industry.

  • Excellent organization and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

  • Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines

  • Detail oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
