Qualifications

• Experience reviewing, inputting, and modifying vehicle records.
• Experience tracking vehicle maintenance, accident reports, and fleet data.
• Experience reviewing fuel consumption and procurement of fuel.
• Experience reporting repairs to management for fuel storage, pumps, or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as VMF point of contact for fleet-related programs and procedures.
• Plan, schedule, and track preventive maintenance, recalls, and repairs for vehicles/assets.
• Inspect vehicles and fleet equipment for timely maintenance and compliance.
• Coordinate with management to ensure regulatory compliance and standardization.
