Job summary

Milwaukee Area Technical College seeks a Coordinator, Fleet to oversee the administration, maintenance, and operation of the college’s fleet. You will coordinate repairs, manage asset records, and ensure readiness of CMV/CDL vehicles for campus operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Automotive Technology, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, automotive service, or asset management; or five (5) years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may substitute for the education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet car servicing by coordinating service and repair with outside vendors.
• Manage vehicle allocation to ensure staff have safe, reliable vehicles for operations.
• Ensure vehicle readiness with proper servicing and compliant records.
