Job summary

Isuzu Commercial Truck of America Inc. is seeking an administrator to analyze and process dealer fleet incentive and payment requests within corporate guidelines. The role supports ISUZU fleet sales by coordinating with the dealer network and ICTA field staff.

The successful candidate will review fleet requests, approve or deny new fleet accounts with supervisor guidance, and handle dealer payments using Isuzu business systems. Strong data entry, Excel/Access, and SAP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent directly related work experience.
• Minimum two years administrative/customer service experience.
• Database management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and distribute fleet assistance requests from Isuzu dealers and ICTA field and fleet organization.
• Seek approvals from supervisor for escalation.
• Process dealer credit and debit payments through Isuzu business systems per policies.
• Act as liaison between corporate office, field, and dealer personnel.
