Job summary

Mudflap is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist in Austin for guiding fleets from application to active usage of Mudflap fuel card. You will drive activation, retention, and value realization through a customer-centric approach.

Based in Austin with hybrid work, you will collaborate cross-functionally, document interactions in HubSpot, and contribute to scalable onboarding and AI initiatives for continued growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role (onboarding, success, sales or support).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through the onboarding journey from application to first swipe.
• Educate customers on Mudflap’s fuel card and platforms.
• Monitor progress using CRM tools and document interactions.
• Identify and resolve onboarding barriers and escalate when needed.
• Engage with customers to drive initial usage and long-term retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine scalable practices.
• Deliver a professional, empathetic, customer-focused experience.
