About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on, reliable Mechanic & Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in maintaining both equipment and warehouse operations at peak performance. You'll oversee all aspects of warehouse logistics while also performing repairs and maintenance on a wide range of construction equipment and company vehicles.

What You'll Do:
Warehouse Supervision
Manage receiving, storing, and inventory of materials, parts, and equipment
Ensure daily order prep for technicians and installers
Maintain inventory accuracy through stock counts and reporting
Enforce safety standards and a clean, organized warehouse environment
Oversee and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency
Create and maintain reports on operations, inventory, and safety compliance
Mechanic Duties
Diagnose and repair various types of equipment (diesel, hydraulic, gas-powered, etc.)
Perform preventative maintenance on tools, equipment, and vehicles
Clean, inspect, and tag equipment as “Ready to Go” before and after jobs
Track repairs and maintenance activities through accurate work orders
Request and organize parts, tools, and equipment needed for repairs
Maintain vehicle decals, safety labels, and fuel levels
Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in warehouse supervision or mechanical repair
Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and general mechanics
Proficiency with inventory systems
Must own basic mechanic tool set
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Able to bend, kneel, climb, and lift up to 75 lbs regularly
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (5+ years)
High school diploma or GED
Welding experience a plus
Basic computer skills (Google Suite, tablets, navigation apps)
Bilingual a plus
Must pass drug screening and background check
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Working Conditions:
This role involves both indoor and outdoor work in varying conditions. Physical demands include frequent lifting, bending, walking, and standing. Exposure to fuel, chemicals, and equipment is expected. A functioning sense of smell is required for safety.
